I forgot my password, what can I do?

Don’t worry, we can help you! Click on the Forgot Your Password link in the Sign In page. You will be directed to the password retrieval page. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive a link to create a new password via email. Once you have successfully accessed your account, remember to update your password. We strongly recommend that you change it as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally ?

Miraculous range of products are only shipped within Malaysia for the time being. We would be expanding soon, stay tuned!

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take for order to be delivered?

Items purchased will be couriered via standard courier service within 2-4 business days for West Malaysia, and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) upon order payment confirmation.

Orders will be couriered between 9.00am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday).

Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Shipping charge RM 10 will be applied for West Malaysia
  • Shipping charge RM 12 will be applied for East Malaysia

How to ship to a different address?

  1. Your order can be delivered to a different address from the billing address.
  2. Go to BILLING & SHIPPING step.
  3. At Delivery Address, click “Enter a new address”, type the address than click “Confirm”

Can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. For any additional information, please contact our customer service by email at support@miraculous.com.my or Whatsapp to +60103771176 (Monday to Friday, between 9.00am – 5.30pm).

What is your return policy?

1. We are commited to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product, we are obligate to issue a product exchange for new and sealed product(s) that is returned within 14 days of delivery date.

2. All new and sealed product(s) can be exchanged with an original receipt/invoice or mail order packaging invoice.

3. Product(s) damages or broken seal are non-refundable.

4. All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Product(s) are to be returned in it’s original sealed condition via sender’s preferred mode of delivery. We suggest to use a reliable courier service provider with proper tracking service to prevent damages.

6. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return date, for your request to be processed.

7. Miraculous Group reserves the right on final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not followed.
